Osmanthus Pear — Osmanthus and pear white chocolate ganache in a dark chocolate shell.
Kinako Mochi — Kinako white chocolate ganache with praline and mochi in a milk chocolate shell.
Orh Nee Tang Yuan — Yam, salted egg and shallot oil ganache with cereal crunch and mochi in a dark chocolate shell.
The set also includes a hidden BYO mini mooncake plate, cleverly revealed from the decorative box centrepiece.
